The National guild of removers & storers continually monitor the standards of their members services by collating all comments noted on customer satisfaction forms that are handed to each & every customer at the end of every removal carried out. These questionaires are freepost sent back to the guild & each month the company in the uk within the national guild of removers & storers who has the most excellents is awarded the prestigous title of remover of the month. At the end of each year all of the many' thousands of questionaires as filled in directly by customer themselves are assessed & the company that has achieved the most excellents for service is awarded the ultimate achievement of remover of the year.

We are also awarded the guild of excellence award for 2004 which states that 98% of all customers found our services either excellent or very good 1st ever ready services. Are proud to announce that we were winners of not only uk's remover of the year for 2003 for excellents. But also won both remover of the month in october 2002 & remover of themonth again in february 2003 from the many hundreds of quality companies within the structure of the national guild.
