The National Guild of Removers & Storers continually monitor the standard of service their members provide by collating all comments noted on the customer satisfaction forms handed to each and every customer at the end all removals carried out. These questionaires are sent back to the guild (via Freepost), and each month the prestigous title of Remover of the Month is awarded to the team which has received the most positive feedback. At the end of each year all of the many thousands of questionaires are assessed, with the company achieving the standard of service receiving the ultimate achievement of Remover of the Year.
